DOT-SAP

Assessments, Evaluations and Education

We evaluate employees who have failed a DOT drug and alcohol regulation to assess if the employee is fit to return to duty.

DWI Services

We provide DWI Assessments, ADETS, and Short-term and Long-term treatment.

In North Carolina, a DWI Assessment is required prior to receiving a Limited Driving Privilege

Group Counseling

Sure Foundation provides a supportive atmosphere to meet your counseling needs through individual or group counseling.

Christian Counseling

With Christian Counseling we seek to care for the whole person; body, soul and spirit and align therapy with Biblical values.

Anxiety & Depression Counseling

With issues of anxiety and depression we help uncover alcohol and substance if present and initiate healing on a step-by-step process. ​

Anger Management
We provide anger assessments and a guide to assist in managing emotions, conflict resolution identifying triggers.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching helps people clarify their goals and create a path to reaching them. It involves how to overcome or avoid obstacles

ADETS
In ADETS (alcohol and drug education traffic school) we use the Prime for Life Program to help in early intervention and in developing a better decision making process.
